Siphonofor's federal retirement planning and coaching programs focus on providing federal employees and their families with an advocate and ally in their retirement planning. Federal employment provides a wealth of benefits, which means employees have unique opportunities available to them in retirement that private sector employees do not have. In addition, a sizeable number of federal employees have prior military service, so Siphonofor Fed programs are also tailored to support these individuals as well!
Siphonofor Feds offers support for federal employees who are looking at all retirement types: voluntary/optional, discontinued service (RIF, etc), voluntary early (VERA, etc), Disability and Deferred.

Siphonofor Feds offers planning and coaching programs for employees eligible to retire under FERS RAE, FERS FRAE, CSRS and CSRS Offset programs.
​
Siphonofor Feds also offers support to federal annuitants (those who have already retired) with making big life changes, or surviving spouses of federal annuitants looking for support navigating benefits after the death of their spouse.

Siphonfor is committed to high-quality, attentive, intentional and personal interactions with each client. Therefore, each coach takes on a limited number of new private coaching clients per year.
